Simple Sealing Process
The Tube Sealer CR6 provides a fast, one-step operation designed to support seals across your laboratory or cleanroom workflow. Following the operating instructions helps maintain uniform seal quality:
- Simply place the tubing between the sealing handle’s electrodes and close the lever.
- The light on the handle will turn on when sealing begins and will turn off when it is complete.
- Close the lever to begin sealing.
- The handle light indicates sealing progress: on during sealing, off when complete.
- The automatic seal time is 1–2 seconds. Remove the tubing after one additional second.
- For optimal operation during continuous use, conduct less than one seal every three seconds, or a maximum of 50 seals in a sequence, followed by a 15-minute rest.
